Utah Studies:
Today we introduced the current events assignment. Click here for a copy. Students will need to read, watch, or listen to 15 minutes of news per week and fill out a current events sheet to go with it.
Students also watched this video to introduce mapping. They had time in class to finish the textbook worksheet. They also started their mapping project. They can get a copy of that in class.
Drawing:
We went over the elements and principles of design and students took notes. Here is a link to the powerpoint. We also went over seven ways we can show distance and depth in drawing.
